Onboarding is a two-way process and a good opportunity to ask questions and discuss your goals and aspirations so we can help you achieve them.
Whereby you get to understand how we work, and we get to understand who you are, your objectives, likes, dislikes and hopes.
During the initial meetings, you’ll meet with an Account Director, where you’ll be asked questions that will help us to match you a specialist Account Manager. Your Account Manager will then be fully briefed before meeting with you, so they can hit the ground running.
All our Account Managers come from a Medical Device background and so you can be confident that we’ll be speaking the same language as you from the start. Our aim is to be 80% up to speed with your technology before we even speak, so you only need to fill in the last 20%.
During this call, the scope of the project will be briefed, questions asked, the direction clarified and timescales set. This really allows us to work smartly by fully exploring the brief before we start. During this call we will also highlight any areas that may improve the impact of your project, so each project delivers the results you’re after.
During this process we will request existing materials such as brochures, websites, social media content and any other relevant collateral. This allows us to gather a comprehensive set of materials for review.
We’ll also ask for any clinical information you have such as the papers you regularly reference and your approved claims.
By conducting a comprehensive review of previous materials and involving you in the process, we ensure that our onboarding process is built on a strong foundation of knowledge and understanding. This enables us to deliver marketing solutions that effectively represent you and resonate with your target audience.
This involves analysing elements such as logos, typography, colour schemes, and visual identity to ensure they align with your established brand guidelines and adding them onto an online platform called Brandpad.
Your Brandpad is regularly updated and can contain helpful information such as typography, logos, and colour pallets. We also use it to capture all your trademarks, lexicons and preferences. We can even update it with examples of work you like or dislike.
This is a fantastic, centralised guide for everyone at Podymos and allows us to work quickly and accurately, so you don’t have to worry about us missing important details.
We even add in detailed notes on Zotero, allowing us to track the claims each paper supports.
This system is accessible to the whole team, making it easy to access, maintain and update your references to ensure we deliver accurate projects that are thoroughly referenced.
Furthermore, each member of our team has three hours of dedicated learning time a week, which is spent researching further into our clients’ fields to ensure we stay up to date with latest technologies and advancements.
This in-depth knowledge increases efficiency and accuracy as the team has worked directly in the industry that they continue to build on, so they’ll have good working knowledge allowing adopt your product quickly.
